We are inspired by the Girls and Women in our community! Explore our competitive youth programs below and stay connected with us on social media for announcements and important dates throughout the year! Your soccer pathway beings with Sporting Nebraska FC. We offer everything a player is looking for from the best training facilities, staff, and competitive program at all levels. See what we have for you!
The most notable benefit of this program is the pooling of players, i.e. matching players with other players of similar ability. This creates a competitive training environment where players challenge one another and develop in the process. Registering the various teams with the most suitable leagues is an important part of this process from a player-parent satisfaction point of view.
Our Competitive program offers a developmental pathway for players looking to play at a higher level. Our staff has put into place a program to focuses on the "player first" approach. Our Directors of Coaching, along with our Technical Director, spent years developing a plan that brings together the technical, tactical, physical and psychological elements of the game based on age and gender.

In addition to seasonal training, the select player will participate in winter training at one of the Sporting Nebraska FC official training centers. The winter training program will address technical improvement and tactical awareness within small-sided games.

Tournaments
For the Academy and Juniors teams, the number of tournaments per season will be based on the age group of the team. The staff and the DoCs will evaluate each team and make tournament decisions based on the strength of the team, financial conditions, and competitive needs. For the ECNL & GA teams, they have showcase events that they will attend based off their age group. Any addition events will be discussed with the DoCs and staff coaches.
